 BOOKING THIS TOUR
• Fill out the form on this page then hit the submit button. Within 48 hours we will email back confirmation of availability and total price as well as a link to our secure encrypted online payment page.
Follow the instructions to pay using your credit card. We will request a deposit amount which equals 20% of your overall cost. The balance payment can be made on your arrival in Chiang Mai or on the morning of your trek departure.
• On payment you will be emailed confirmation. Actual booking vouchers will be e mailed within 48 hours of your payment being received. Please print a copy of this confirmation mail as this will be needed on commencement of your trek.
• Please note. We need to know the hotel or guest house you are staying in at the latest 5pm the day before your tour or trek is due to depart. You do not need to tell us at the time of booking but please let us know by e mail or telephone at the earliest opportunity.
